You are Correct. My claims are tall and there is a reason why we call this as a Power Packed Course. There is this Highly Effective principle of 80/20 at play. I am capturing 20 percent of the tools, which can create 80 percent of the impact in the kid's lives. A big chunk of my learning in industry and startups is put into this course. And the kids are expected to digest the concepts and use all of these minimum once on weekly basis for another year, before it becomes a PART OF THEIR LIFE.
By all means, please do that and give the kid an early mover advantage. We only require that kid should be able to independently handle laptop and browse on web. I would not recommend the Quarterly upgrade for you, till your loved one reaches the 8th grade and is 13 years old. Additionally, your kid needs to be slightly conversant with coding (in any programming language).
